With 173 recliner seats, the hall offers maximum comfort, allowing moviegoers to relax while enjoying the immersive sound and visuals. The upgraded system also includes a high-performance subwoofer, delivering powerful bass that amplifies every intense moment on screen.

As of 17 July 2025, ticket pricing for GSC 1 Utama’s BIG Hall is as follows: Early Bird Pricing for showtimes before 12 PM every day is RM19 per seat. On Wednesdays, tickets are also priced at RM19 per seat. For weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), as well as weekends and public holidays, pricing ranges from RM24 to RM28.50 per seat, depending on the timing and specific showtimes.
